As Partner in charge of the Marketing Department, Kristy is our creative force and is recognized for her ability to create core Marketing messages and programs that build brand awareness, create buzz and garner attention in a highly competitive environment. Kristy and her talented team of Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Marketing Coordinators and Web Designers help bring brands to life, breath life into tired brands and devise campaigns to keep existing brands on track.
Before the creation of BarFly, Kristy was the Director of Marketing for Stool Pigeons Inc, a southeast regional chain, and BarFly Management, which operated and managed various casual theme chains in the southeast. Additionally, Kristy was the Director of Training for Fox and Hound English Pub and Grille, which was a publicly traded national chain of upscale casual venues. In this role Kristy was accountable for the selection, oversight and training of three continuously operating new store-opening teams and successfully opened twenty-six units.
Kristy was also responsible for the on-going training of the company's existing units and is credited for designing and implementing training procedures and manuals for each employee function.
